TITLE: the hands of marrakesh

Behind an open door inside the Medina of Marrakesh, I found a small crowded workshop where men handcrafted shoes surrounded by piles of leather and endless soles. In the confined space, light reveled the intensity and rhythm of everyday labor.

I am a Brazilian photographer working between fine art, portrait and fashion photography, guided by a deep sensitivity to atmosphere, silence and visual contrast. Before photography, I worked in fashion design for many years, an experience that strongly shaped the way I see composition, texture, light and storytelling.
After living in Australia for a year and later in London, where I specialized in fashion photography, I developed a visual language inspired by emotion, human presence, nature and poety found in everyday moments.
My work often explores shadow, solitude, texture and the relationship between people and their surroundings, creating images that feel intimate, cinematic and timeless.
Through monochrome photography especially, I seek to reduce scenes to theis essential elements: emotion, from the light, allowing silence and contrast to became parte of the narrative itself.
