I captured this striking black and white portrait of a stylish gentleman I spontaneously approached on the streets of London, drawn by his classic elegance. What began as a brief compliment turned into a deep, lively conversation that lasted nearly forty-five minutes. He told me he was 100 years old and shared stories from a century filled with experiences, changes, and life lessons. He was particularly fascinated by my Leica, admiring its beauty, and was genuinely pleased to have his portrait taken — a quiet moment suspended between past and present, captured in a single frame.
