TITLE: In the Silence of Light

In the Silence of Light brings together precise light control and the reduction of a monochrome visual language. The body is not captured as an object, but as an expression of form, line, and space. Shadows do not divide; they structure. They create depth without distracting from what is essential. It is a dialogue between black and white in which light does not merely reveal, but actively shapes.

For me as a photographer, this approach means avoiding the obvious—not to create secrecy, but to sharpen perception. In the absence of color, a different kind of presence emerges: the eye searches for contours, reflections, and the subtle transition between being and concealment. The nude body is not exposed here, but placed within a timeless framework of light and darkness.

The pose, calm yet tense, refuses any gesture of self-disclosure while simultaneously inviting contemplation. The lighting transforms the body into a sculptural form within space, allowing musculature, skin texture, and posture to speak without explanation. The image becomes an invitation not to consume, but to read: What remains when color disappears? What becomes visible when everything is reduced to light, shadow, and form?

My style does not seek the dramatic, but the unspoken. In the Silence of Light is an attempt to translate sensation into stillness—a visual meditation on visibility, presence, and the quiet power of photography.

Ich wurde in Oberpullendorf/Burgenland/Austria geboren und entdeckte schon früh meine Leidenschaft für die Fotografie. Nach der Schulzeit begann ich 1995 eine Fotografenlehre, in der ich die technischen und kreativen Grundlagen erlernte. 2007 legte ich erfolgreich die Meisterprüfung ab und gründete noch im gleichen Jahr mein eigenes Unternehmen, was der Startschuss in meine Selbstständigkeit war. Ich spezialisierte mich auf hochwertige Portrait-, Boudoir- und Erotikfotografie und baute mir eine treue Kundenbasis auf.
2013 eröffnete ich ein professionelles Fotostudio im Burgenland, das schnell einen hervorragenden Ruf erlangte. 2015 erweiterte ich mein Portfolio durch eine Ausbildung zum Make-Up Artist, um meinen Kundinnen einen umfassenderen Service zu bieten.
2022 entschloss ich mich, mein zweites Fotostudio in der Steiermark zu eröffnen. Das einzigartige DachbodenFotostudio hat sich seither als kreativer Ort etabliert, an dem Kunst und Technik auf höchstem Niveau zusammenkommen.
Heute bin ich als etablierte Fotografin und Make-Up Artistin mit über 15 Jahren Erfahrung in der österreichischen Fotografieszene tätig. Fotografie ist für mich mehr als ein Beruf – es ist meine Leidenschaft und meine Seelenaufgabe.
