TITLE: echo - pluma et caetera
This diptych is taken from an ongoing project called "echo," where each juxtaposition creates a resonance, a subtle link that invites the eye to wander between correspondences and oppositions. A visual exploration where nature reveals itself in all its delicacy; a silent dialogue between forms, textures, and light.
AUTHOR: Alain Mouton (France)
Drawing and B&W silver photography (development and printing) punctuated Alain Mouton's daily life during his first twenty-five years. The discovery of oil painting, which he practiced for a little over two decades, opened up other horizons for him, notably synthetism and abstraction. For a dozen years his creative work has been mainly oriented towards digital photography; he offers us images where dreaminess and timelessness mingle, sprinkled with a touch of poetry and romanticism.
