TITLE: Timeless Line
A corridor of time.
Steel, rust, and shadow layered in infinite rhythm.
Each arch frames a moment,
each line carries memory.
Beneath the towering industrial arches of Parco Dora, Turin —
past and present speak through texture and geometry.
In black & white, in color —
time becomes visual poetry.
Turin, Parco Dora

Pierluigi Gualano – Turin, Italy
Fine art photographer.
I am drawn to telling stories in black and white, using the city I live in—Turin—as well as every place I encounter as my canvas. I let myself be guided by light, by shadow, and by the quiet geometry hidden within everyday life. My work moves between landscape photography, street photography, and aerial perspectives, always searching for a deeper essence that lies beneath the visible surface.
Each image I create is a suspended moment, a silent vision that speaks without the need for words. I am particularly fascinated by the balance between structure and emptiness, between presence and absence, where architecture, atmosphere, and human traces coexist in subtle harmony.
Through my lens, I aim to transform ordinary scenes into timeless compositions, inviting the viewer to pause, reflect, and step into a more contemplative state. My photography is not about documenting reality as it appears, but about interpreting it—distilling it into something more intimate, more essential, and, in a way, more honest.
