TITLE: Dissolving Self: A Regression into the Otherworld
My four years as an architectural designer were defined by rigid lines and pre-defined boundaries. In this series, I wanted to move beyond those artificial constraints to explore a more natural and fluid space: the 'Otherworld'.
This project is a shared vision between the model and myself. We wanted to see what happens when the human body blends into its surroundings instead of standing apart from them. In these images, skin takes on the weathered texture of stone, and the human form begins to flow with the rhythm of the water. It is a visual record of the body becoming a part of the landscape itself.
To me, this process is about returning to our most natural and "purest self". By stripping away our social masks, we find a quiet, honest state of being. The journey ends in a place where we are no longer separate from the world around us. I call this the 'Architecture of Stillness'—a quiet moment where we are finally unified with nature.
