TITLE: Slavic Nymph

I love analog photography for its sometimes unpredictable results - overexposure, dust on lens and other surprises, for the possibility of multiexposure, vignette and bokeh effect. All this enable me to create a reality that is a little bit unreal, like a dream. Or a legend.
Rusalki were water demons in Slavic mythology. They preferred to inhabit dark and humid swamps, forests, and lakes hidden in the wilderness. In legends, Rusalki were beautiful, young maidens who, using these attributes, would lure young men to the banks of rivers or lakes, and with promises of a reward, force the entranced young man into a dance, from which few lived to see the end.
So, let's dance.
