TITLE: The space between
In Bangladesh, passengers often navigate spaces outside the train carriages, between wagons, on rooftops, or at open doors. During busy travel periods these spaces fill with people, while at quieter moments they become places of rest and everyday life.
These photographs observe how people move through the narrow margins of the railway.
AUTHOR: Jozef Macak (Slovakia)
I am a street photographer focused on capturing the raw, unscripted moments of urban life. My work highlights fleeting interactions, overlooked details, and the way environments shape everyday experiences. My photography is shaped by my travels, exploring cities where the familiar meets the unexpected. Whether in a busy metropolis or a quiet alley, I aim to document the essence of urban life with light, shadow, and timing.
