TITLE: The Body Is Beyond Language

This work begins where words end. The Body Is Beyond Language is a study of survival — the body as both wound and witness. The woman depicted carries the evidence of her own endurance: scars that speak in the absence of speech, and marks that reveal what language could not bear. The series confronts the quiet aftermath of pain. It is not about the spectacle of suffering, but about what follows — the long stillness after the storm, the fragile persistence of being. These images search for a space where the body might exist without explanation, where silence itself becomes form. The work asks how we look at pain without turning away, and what it means to inhabit a body that has refused to disappear. In the end, these images are less about death, or even wanting to die, but rather the strange, untranslatable condition of continuing to live.
