TITLE: Mountainscapes

This series is inspired by my deep passion for mountains, by their simplicity, and by the silence that winter carries across these landscapes. When I witness a special moment in nature, my aim is to capture its essence: to remind others of the importance of being present, to invite them to pause, and to fully appreciate the gift of being immersed in the natural world.
Too often, we live disconnected from our true selves, absorbed by the pace of a modern and globalized world. We forget what lies beyond our homes, our jobs, and our cities. Yet nature is always there, unchanged and available to all, offering peace, wisdom, and a sense of wonder.
If my work can inspire viewers to reconnect with even a fragment of the wildness that lives within each of us, then I consider myself successful as a landscape photographer.

AUTHOR: Samuele Quaranta (Italy)

Samuele Quaranta was born in a small village in northern Italy, nestled between sea and mountains. Growing up by the coast, he had easy access to the western side of the Alps, which fueled his passion for hiking and skiing. This duality remains a strong influence in his photography. In his early twenties Samuele left his job to travel the world, embarking on a journey that continues today, driven by a constant pursuit of personal and artistic growth. Behind his work lies a desire to share the emotions he experiences in the landscapes he explores. Through his photography, he invites viewers to step outside and reconnect with the wild, authentic bond we share with Mother Nature.
