TITLE: Devoid

Devoid was born from the desire to see a familiar world differently. Iceland is often defined by its color. The greens of moss, the rust of stone, the blues of ice but beneath that surface lies something more eternal. By removing color, I sought to reveal the skeleton of the land, where light and shadow carve their own truths.

The mountains, valleys, and plains speak in shape and tone. Each photograph is a conversation between what endures and what fades, a meditation on stillness and resilience.

In the absence of color, beauty becomes something quieter, more enduring. It isn’t lost. It’s distilled.
