TITLE: Scattered coexistence

This series presents a reportage from performance that never took place in reality, a kind of photographic imprinting of dreams and fantasies, materialized with paint on paper using the manual oil pigment print technique.

You find yourself in the magical theater (entrance not for everybody... for madmen only!), where you see the entities separated by the dark void and often also by gaps in time. They coexist within the space of the paper sheet and on imaginary scene, but their interaction is only apparent or does not exist at all. They could have known each other in the past, or they could have never met, or they could be copies of herself at the same or different moments in time, the reflection in mirror, or someone absolutely alien. Their closeness is illusory like the proximity of celestial bodies in the night sky.

These imaginations are the metaphor of separation and isolation of people existing in the contemporary world: often next to each other, but dramatically lonely. This paradox is further manifested in the dissonance between the erotic sensuality of nude female figures and the frightening emotionlessness of the indifferent static masks.

Motive force of Pablo Fanque's Fair is the wish to penetrate in magical realism of surrounding reality instead of meaningless routine. The project's creativity is inspired by the highest meanings of life: Beauty, Love and Peace... Peace is the virtue of civilization, make love, not war!
