Photographing a reflection means capturing a moment of duality.
Two worlds coexist in a single image: the solid one, made of matter and gravity, and the reflected one, liquid, vibrant, and often distorted.
It's a visual game that challenges our perception, inviting us to look not only at the object, but at its luminous echo.
There's something profoundly introspective about reflection.
As human beings, we constantly seek mirrors in which we can recognize ourselves or find ourselves transformed. Photographing a reflection is, ultimately, an act of discovery of the invisible: it's the ability to see beauty where others see only a wet surface or a closed window.

ANGELO RIODA, brief biographical notes.

A Venetian who lived on the island of Murano, he was born in 1969.
He lives in Padua.
He approached photography driven by the need to translate sensations and feelings into images.
His passion for photography has gradually grown to become an irreplaceable part of his life.
He favors black and white and shades of gray as an expression of the different nuances of life, with occasional and thoughtful forays into color.
