TITLE: Luminous Angles
These are abstract architecture photographs from the Cyclades Islands, part of Greece. Specifically from Paros, Amorgos and Mykonos. The buildings are white rendered with plenty of curves, angles and levels. The architecture is unfussy but also with charm and sophistication. Minimalism is a strong motif. There are plentiful deep blue skies which in monochrome can be turned deep black. (The equivalent of using a red filter in film days).
These images were all taken in May 2026
AUTHOR: Robert Bolton (United Kingdom)
My name is Robert Bolton and I strive to be a fine art Photographer in my spare time, at least that is my mission! I am based in the UK but prior to the pandemic I travelled a lot with my day job and this allowed me to indulge my photography. I love seascapes, minimalism and the 'otherworldly'. We create our reality and I like mine tranquil, reflective and as simple as possible.
