TITLE: Refraction
These images employ an extreme black-and-white abstraction technique, transforming the concrete into the abstract and turning familiar, everyday objects into independent artistic visual works. In the creative process, the advantages of black-and-white photography—simplifying complexity and achieving chromatic and formal minimalism—are utilized to push the visual impact of the monochrome images to their extreme, presenting in abstract form the realms that art can reach. Within this process, the refraction of light plays a magical role in shaping the visual experience.
