Ella Manor is an award-winning artist and art educator with a passion for exploring the intersection of self portraiture, fine art photography, and installation work.

The process of her work often combines other mediums such as painting and sculpture. With a background in both commercial fashion and fine art photography, Ella’s work has been internationally recognized, featuring in publications like Harper’s Bazaar and Double Exposure magazine, and earning awards such as the Prix de la Photographie and Black & White magazine annual awards.

Ella holds fine art degrees from the Fashion Institute of Technology and Empire State College, with postgraduate art studies, and specialized in fine arts and photographic alternative processes at the International Center of Photography (ICP). She also trained in abstract painting at the New York Art Students League.

In addition to her artistic practice, Ella teaches art, and mentors young fine art and fashion photographers, bringing a trauma-informed approach rooted in her studies of transpersonal psychology. She encourages her students to build sustainable, authentic careers that align with their values, helping them their own signature style and create work that resonates deeply and is both personal and impactful.
