TITLE: Street Stories

I was back in the UK ready to wander the streets.To just go with the flow,the flow of life.Follow my curiosity,listening to my mood or just be there by chance.I am all excited to meet what comes,to mingle in the bustling streets.I am all ears,I perceive any movement,at any moment.Alert.My eyes are everywhere.I take pictures often before I know it.All is very instinctive.Candid.I feel free.
When I feel in the zone,having found the bond with the environment,that’s when the best shots come to life.My eyes,my heart and soul are at one.
I chose to submit 8 street scenes reflecting stories.Stories that are still with me today.I felt it was time to share them with the viewer.
I love to hang out where youth gather and are at play as shown in pictures 1,2,5,7
Pictures 3,4,6,8 are encounters while I was wandering.

Brigitte started with photography as a child inspired by her grandfather whose name she chose to bear as an artist.
She travelled the globe in her twenties with her analog camera and gained experience in landscape and street life photography be it color or BnW.She spent hours in dark rooms to see her photos come alive.Today she is also experimenting with abstract approaches.
Her work has been published in several art magazines.Docu Magazine brought a special edition about her work.
Her photography has been exhibited physically and virtually in the USA,in the UK,in Italy,in Greece and in Switzerland.
At the moment their is an opening at Stage gallery in Zürich and at Black Wall Gallery in Athens.More is to come in the near future.
