TITLE: sea within a sea
When I watch jellyfish—translucent, drifting, catching the light—
a feeling beyond names arises.
Something tender, perhaps melancholic, lies behind their beauty.
Through the patterns, the bodies, the shimmer of passing light,
nothing remains to define me.
One may go on a journey, or remain still.
It’s not about seeking anything special,
but about encountering beauty by chance.
When such a moment arrives,
a formless presence gently fills the heart.
What simply exists begins to become a photograph.
These are the kinds of photographs I want to take.
