TITLE: Snow falling on tipis
Yellowknife has very low temperatures (the average night temperature in January is -22 degrees Celsius), but it has little snowfall and is known for its high rate of aurora viewing.
However, during the week I was there, the sky was covered with thick clouds and it even snowed, which is rare. I took this photo with a feeling of regret.
This photo was taken at Aurora Village in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada.
