TITLE: VERTIGO
You don't have to go to the end of the world to see something amazing. Fascinating objects and situations are just around the corner. Some time ago I went to a nearby lake. I was fascinated by the shapes, forms and constellations of plants floating on the lake. By manipulating the exposure, I was able to transform the local lake into a cosmic universe with nuances of meaning…
I reminded myself of William Blake’s words coming from Auguries of Innocence:
To see a World in a Grain of Sand
And a Heaven in a Wild Flower,
Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand
And Eternity in an hour
