This photo series of Iceland's landscapes highlights the dangerous and mystical beauty of this Nordic island. Through raw and striking images, the photos create a connection between spectacular landscapes and visual poetry, crafting a world where the photographer tells her own mythology of nature.

As a traveling photographer, I love capturing my journeys, whether they are short everyday trips or adventures in extraordinary nature. I place great importance on the imagination within the landscape; the graphic aspect of materials and lines can lead me to create a new story. Here, I felt swallowed by the vastness, engulfed by the power of nature. A chasm could open at any moment during this journey.
