Was out shooting on Christmas morning and the calmness of the whole landscape lined by Dubai Skyline was a sight to be captured. The shot in black and white fine art adds so much detail to the scene and retains the calmness of the morning. Digital photography nowadays has an affinity towards colour and I embrace it when the colour adds value to the photograph. Having grown up seeing a lot of black and white photo albums and my early childhood photos shot exclusively B&W I have always had a fondness for monochrome photography which still continues in the current era of predominantly color photography.

My camera is always set to monochrome mode and every scene I shoot is visualized in monochrome. Landscapes and Architecture when shot in monochrome gives a new dimension not normally seen and this is what I want to show to the world...
