TITLE: Frames from films that were never made
The series of photos titled 'Stills from movies that never came to life' was shot by Szymon Brodziak for the Calendar, featuring Polish actors and actresses from ATM Group.
Working on the calendar was an adventure, but also a challenge for him. This time it was not models in front of his lens, but well-known and respected actresses and actors. "You are what you see," says Szymon Brodziak, he is called a "story teller". He is able to catch a moment, freeze THAT moment and make a frozen photograph full of life - as if there was energy pulsating under its surface, just waiting to be released... Brodziak's photographs are not only to be seen, they are also to be felt. The author himself says that they are like an unfinished film. He only gives the viewer the starting material, but it is in the eyes of the beholder that the rest takes place. You decide what you see. So each of us builds a different story depending on our mood, sensibility or imagination. The title of this project is 'Frames from films that were never made'. What kind of films are these? The answer to this question is left to you.
