TITLE: Solitude

Sultanate of Oman recently opened a new national museum titled "Oman Across the Ages Museum" which through a vibrant mix of technology with conventional exhibits that showcases the creation of a nation, praises human endeavour and inspires young Omanis to connect to their rich history. The project which was initiated in 2015 has been many years in the making and is the vision of the late His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said al Said.

The museum sits at a crossroads through time, reminiscent of a journey through Oman's past, a celebration of its present and an insight into its future.

I decided to capture the architecture and bring out the modernity of the structure through a fine art treatment.

I am inclined to capture landscape and architecture images where there is absolutely no human presence in the photograph maybe reflecting the inner mindset of what I sometimes yearn to be....
