TITLE: Hasty Crossing in the Rain
This work was shot from a bird's-eye view from the window of my house of a person hurriedly scuttling across a pedestrian crossing in a sudden heavy rain. The street is in a newly developed residential area in the northern part of Madrid with no attractive elements, but at this moment in time, the headlights of cars passing by in the heavy rain reflected off the wet asphalt, making the scene look very dramatic and beautiful for this one moment.
I developed the film with an awareness of the texture of the reflections of the artificial light and the outlines of the main character standing out.
