Andrew was moving from construction work to acting. He had very little experience in front of the camera so we took this shot to help him become familiar with the process.

Until recently, I was a psychotherapist, using words as my medium. Now with my camera, my vocabulary has changed from the verbal to the visual. I find the process "of making pictures" deeply satisfying and endlessly fascinating.
