TITLE: ice art SW-06

Such very thinly ice patterns arise due to very special conditions in nature. This natural artwork was created throug the interplay of very slow wave movements of water and the simulatneous freezing of the water. This photo was taken on a sandbank in the Rhine at the border between Liechtenstein and Switzerland.
