TITLE: Benimaclet
Benimaclet is one of the most popular neighborhoods in the city of Valencia (Spain).
It was an independent municipality until 1882, when it became a district of Valencia. In 1972, Benimaclet became another district of the city.
Benimaclet is a multicultural neighbourhood, a point of reference among foreign university students. Benimaclet has become one of the city's benchmarks with very interesting cultural events, which offer monologues, concerts and various cultural activities.
Meeting place between neighbors and visitors, and also the site chosen for the celebration of festivals, street concerts and traditional festivals.
Its old streets endow it with a unique romanticism, which does not stop reminding the town that it was not so long ago, and of which its population are more than proud.
It is my place of residence and a wonderful neighborhood that I love since I came to study in this city 27 years ago.
