TITLE: Boy A

This is the first time i´d like to show a greater audience my point of view on people and their expressions. The way you can tell stories or destinies just by the look of someones face or the look in their eyes. That´s what i love about photography. Every single person who looks at a photo will see a different version of it, a different story behind or a different meaning in a look.

As a photographer we are storyteller. Each and every shot has a story behind. Maybe it's the way it came to be. Maybe it's the subject itself. Maybe it's part of a greater whole. But at the end there's always a story that wants or needs to be told. I can only speak for myself when i say it's a lot easier and at the same time a lot more intense to tell a story through a photo than it is through writing a few lines or paragraphs. I'm always struggling to find the right words to express myself or to transport my story, whereas a single yet impactful photo can say just so much more than i could ever write. That's one of the many aspects i love about photography and what keeps me going and trying to improve every day and every shot. Black and white photography adds so much more drama, intensity and authenticity to almost any subject where color would just distract the viewer or maybe soften the moment, so to say. I guess once you fell in love with black and white photos, you never really can get away from it again. And thats perfect for me. I hope you can enjoy my work. Thank you for reading this.
