TITLE: Internally Displaced People, Kandahar, Afghanistan
People displaced by the fighting between Taliban fighters and Afghan armed forces in Kandahar, Afghanistan in August of 2021. Taliban fighters rapidly advanced on Kandahar after pullout of U.S and International troops from the area. Thousands of Afghans were forced to flee their homes and seek shelters in makeshift camps, causing a humanitarian crisis.
