TITLE: Light Stories
I strive to create strong narratives in my work and create images that tell a story. I try to depict unique worlds where the subject's imagination creates a new reality. All of these images were taken in the last two years, either at home, or on travels with my family. As a mother during covid, my children, were often my most available subjects. I have spent the last two years creating opportunities to recreate my own childhood memories and nostalgia for a different time, a different childhood using the present. I selected these images (some digital, some analog) to tell the story of light and how it can be its own subject.
