TITLE: reCountour
reCountour presents itself as a study of a visual language that defies the laws of physics, a series of experimental photography that consists in organic deformation through movement.
An aggressive visual game emerges in which the countours and lines are altered, dragging along the mass and volume of the elements. Unique images are then obtained in which the motif is distorted without ever becoming abstract. The color and material details are preserved by rearranging them with new shapes.
Taking advantage of the factor “error” and exploiting it, the compositions are distorted through mechanical techniques at the time of capture.
The details of each work are preserved while the primary memory is abstracted. Leaving the viewer in a contemplative and meditative world in which forms and concepts of what we understand as real and logical are reinvented.
