TITLE: Cynefin
I see this photo as a bridge.
These two areas, of lighting and darkness enshrine (in my opinion) multiple meanings: that darkness, which almost suck the scene and its subject, carries the weight of joyful moments and sorrow, of the present and the past. Moments which will follow us throughout our entire life.
While that light, you know, the moment you'll reach It, It will hug you with its warm, enlightening a forwarded, reached and conquered future.
At last but not least this binomial, which passing by, escapes darkness in order to be gradually surrounded by this iridescence, is the icon of people who never give up in front of the obstacles of this life.
I think It could be an interpreting, which involve whoever, cause all of us, once in our life, have walked in the darkness until we've found our light.
Horse riding has always represented my own place in this world, but cause of a bad incident, I felt lost, once again looking for that little corner which could be only mine.
Thanks to the photography, I’ve created this bridge, which has taken me from the darkness to the light of this world, which I'm so in love with. In this way, I've connected two great passions of mine and widened that place where I feel at home.
I've chosen this welsh word " Cynefin" as title, which literally means "habitat": a place where a human being feel the nature around him as friendly, comfortable and peaceful.
Nothing is easy, hard times may feel endless, but don’t forget: the darkness just leads you to a new dawn.
