TITLE: Orizonte
This photo is part of a work i started two years ago on the sea horizon.
Sea and sky merge on the horizon.
The tones can vary from one moment to the next. All tones off grey from black to white are revealed.
A real abstraction takes place.
I am an islander, i live in Corsica, a little island in the middle of méditerranée sea.
This notion of horizon which for us islanders intuitively returns us to this dreamlike and infinite line which stands in front of us where sky and sea merge, through these photos I wanted to approach it in the broadest sense.
This imaginary line of which the observer is the center can be an inaccessible dream for some like a simple displacement for others. It is both what separates us from each other and what we have in common. And this is also his way. This adventurous path that will be everyone's life plan, the one that we always imprint in the hope of finding light at the end.
