TITLE: Lunchtime in Central Park (NYC)
I gave myself the assignment of capturing the 'invisible people" - those that make up the City landscape, but whom we just brush by and ignore.
AUTHOR: Timothy McEnerney (United States)
Black & White photography has always been my passion. Working within the bounds of the gray scale sets high standards for technical quality….but it’s a challenge that gives me great personal reward.
From many, many shots taken – each with promise at the time – only a select few images will rise above the rest.
Something about the texture of the object, the lighting effect, the placement within the gray scale - even the detail and technical quality of the final print -- has made an image that ultimately pleases me.
