TITLE: Working Class: Chiang Mai, Thailand
The Working Class: Chiang Mai, Thailand exhibition is a series of black-and-white documentary photographs. The images are a study of the working class people in Thailand who are often seen but rarely described. The photographs were taken in and around the city of Chiang Mai in districts such as San Sai, Saraphi, San Pa Tong, Hang Dong, Mae Rim and Mae Taeng. Images of various local occupations such as construction workers and blue-collar workers are documented in their working environments. The series archives and promotes the importance of these dedicated southeast asian workers.
