Bajau people refer to several Austronesian ethnic groups of Maritime Southeast Asia. They live a seaborne lifestyle, and generally build their homes on stilts in the sea in east Malaysia and Philippines. Though lacking in modern day comforts, Bajau people are a jovial lot. This is a photo of Bajau children using their natural environment as a playground.

Chin Leong Teo is an internationally published, multi-award-winning Singaporean photographer.

He has won top prizes and has been conferred more than 900 awards in more than 300 international photography circuits, salons and exhibitions.

His recognitions include multiple Fédération Internationale de l'Art Photographique (FIAP) Blue Badges for being the best author in photography salons, FIAP Gold Medals, and Photographic Society of America (PSA) Gold Medals.

He is ranked world top 10 in three PSA divisions in PSA Who's Who 2019 List, listing at world #5 for PTD (Photo Travel Division), #10 for PIDC (Projected Image Division – Colour), and #10 for PJD (Photojournalism Division).

In 2019, Chin Leong won the prestigious Pangea Prize and five Remarkable Awards at Siena Photo Awards. This made him the most awarded photographer at the event in Siena, Italy. In the same year, he was also crowned the winner of the Discovery category of the inaugural ROAM Awards 2019.

In 2020, he won 1st prize in the Nature category of IPA OneShot: Movement Photo Awards, and the Grand Prize in The New York Centre for Photographic Art – Luminosity Photo Awards. He also won 1st Prize in the Nature / Underwater Category of ND Awards 2020, 1st Prize in Nature / Other category of IPA 2020, and multiple Gold Medals at PX3 2020.

Chin Leong's photography philosophy is to capture "all things beautiful God created" and to continue to grow and evolve his photographic sense and acumen.
