TITLE: untitled
I went to Alexandra Palace in London very early morning to take the panoramic photo of the rising Sun and the setting Moon. It is not common for our Star and the Moon to be on the same level on oposite sides.
Unfortunately, the clouds came completely covering both celestial bodies. However, there was one moment only when the rays of the rising Sun pierced through the clouds illuminating the city center. It looked just unreal, as if the long-lost part of the city, was suddenly revealed. In this particular case colour photography wins for illuminated in pure gold city skyscrapes looked utterly ethereal, like lost sci-fi Atlantis.

I'm a woman with several passions and many interests. I wanted to be an astronomer or geologist but became a nurse and phisiotherapist with interset in people, their life stories which broads the spectrum of understanding. Astronomy is my passion; nature, science, history are my interests and photography has been my hobby since I was 12 y.o. My father bought me an old Russian camera Cmena and later on, Zenith. After that I jumped on Olimpus and then my first second hand DSLR camera Canon EOS 350
