TITLE: A lighthouse that stands quietly in the winter
This photo was taken in Hokkaido, Japan in the winter.
For me, winter has the image of a very lonely season, but it's also my favorite season.
This lighthouse is also a place where many tourists come to see the beautiful scenery until winter comes, but once it snows, the road is covered with snow and the strong wind from the sea blows as if it refuses everything that comes, and it becomes a lonely place where no one comes.
Still, I feel a sense of loneliness in this place where no one is left, and at the same time, the absence gives me a sense of nature's inherent beauty, and I love this snow-covered landscape so much more than the season when so many flowers are in bloom.

JAPAN
I was born in 1986 in Shimizu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan.
Currently based in Tokyo.
I almost didn't photograph anything with a camera until I graduated high school.
However, when I saw a photographer coming to photograph my high school, I was intrigued, and as soon as I graduated from high school, I enrolled in a photography school where I learned how to operate a camera.
After graduating from school, I learned how to take pictures at a rental studio used by a professional photographer in Tokyo.
After working in the studio for two years, I decided to quit my job and take a look around the world, first in England, then in Spain, Egypt and Switzerland.
During that trip, I was able to feel how small the world I had been seeing was.
Then I decided to quit all my work in Japan and go on a two-year trip to see the sights of Asia, Europe and South America with my own eyes.
That trip gave me the opportunity to clearly decide what I should be photographing in the future.
Since then, I've been visiting various countries based in Japan to see the scenery with my own eyes and photograph it.
Currently, I'm focusing on Japanese and Tibetan landscapes.
