TITLE: Passage
I am drawn to the lumen process (using sunlight to expose objects directly onto light sensitive paper) because of the complete freedom of artistic expression and low technicality. Artifacts of the mundane I find around the home and neighbourhood are transformed into effulgent celebrations of light. The drive to repurpose and reuse has been gathering momentum globally, and as an Ecology student I use my practice as an emotional response to a rapidly changing world.
