TITLE: Huê, daily life photography

My very first memories and mental pictures of Huế were travelling on a bus from the Sơn Trạch region, some 200 km North of Huế. It was 8 o’clock in the morning. When I stepped onto Trần Cao Vân Street I could tell today was going to be a scorcher. Everyone knows how hot it can be in Huế in summertime.

This was my first trip to Vietnam but since then many others have followed. Huế has been my second home this whole time.

Self-taught photographer, Jaime Díaz was born in Guadalajara (Spain). He has a degree in piano, which provides his bread and butter.
Jaime shares his time between Madrid and Vietnam, where he is undertaking several projects about documentary, people and travel photography.
