TITLE: Stewed salt
Salt making work starts from the middle of the night to the morning. The stages include: taking the ripe salt to the kiln, screening the salt, repairing the salt jar, putting the raw salt into the kiln, checking it again and finishing the work. Salt will be stewed for 24 hours.
