TITLE: Too late
Desert is where time has forgotten to pass leaving traces and, in the meanwhile, it passed too quick to save what once was symbol of life. A railroad, a house, a quiver tree, it doesn't matter: the rule of time flattens everything, leaving the traces of what once was, but then it was forgotten. But we still have traces. Traces are what time leaves of life: signs of what once was and now it has changed. But, maybe, it could happen again.
Series taken in the wilderness of Namibia, roaming out of the beaten path, or on the beaten path, but looking in the opposite direction.
AUTHOR: Stefano Anghileri (Italy)
Born in 1985, environmental engineer, weather and geography enthusiast, Lake Como based. I started to put some serious effort in photography in the year 2005, when, uploading weather photos on a specialized website, I was told by many contributors to have some talent. This rose my interest towards landscapes which I often combine with interesting skies. Following my passions, I also started with travel photography and now I'm slowly drifting towards minimalism and conceptualism,.
