Baltimore’s alleys are numerous, dark, forbidding places. In the light of December, they are haunting.

When I turned 70, and after 40 years as a designer based in NYC, I took up photography. I have not looked back. Instead, I am awed and amazed by what this medium offers. I am relearning how to see as much as I am learning how to “listen” to what I see from other photographers.
