TITLE: contemporary feeling

No one can deny that the technology we use is both useful and imperative(Cal Newport, 2019). The social media socialize and antisocialize people at onece. The problem in our current digital world, isn’t about utility, it’s about autonomy. Tech greatly improves our life, right up until the point where we stop using it intentionally and unknowingly fall into manipulation, that is specifically designed to be addicting (Clay Skipper, 2019).
How with 400 friends on facebook, so active instagram stories and even more check ins you can feel so alone?

The picture I have submited this competiton is visualization of upper mentioned problem, that leads a huge part of people into endless whole of depression. Referring to World health organizsation data - depression is the leading cause of disability worldwide (2018). This is a global problem and I want to turn projector on it`s effect, so through understanding we can change it.
