TITLE: Its raining coat
A pair with umbrella standing on the platform of a decommissioned coal mine plant. Coat used also in german for the word for money and used here in the sense of common environmentally troubles today. The conveyor is a cut out and the pair is a montage into the image.

Freelance photographer and artist since 2012. The author and photographer first looked for his artistic beginnings on the Internet. Since 2005, he has been opening his works to a wide audience of readers under various pseudonyms.
As a photographer, Bastian Kienitz received the honorary award in 2016 at the Kunstgeflechtpreis for his photographic artwork Millennium. In 2018 he was among the winners of the Space-Net Award competition with his picture Between the Graves. 2019, won th photograph the “Honorable Mention” at the Monovision Photography Awards for the image It’s Raining Coal. 2023, finalist at the Vienna Workshop Prize for Photography and winning of the “Honorable Mention” at the Neutral Density Awards as well as winner of the “Honorable Mention” for photo manipulation and winner of the first prize in the Architecture category Amateur at the Chromatic Awards with the picture Yellow Feelings.
