TITLE: My eye on the streets
This is a composite of my eye of the streets. Most of my photographic work seeks to capture moments that can be ephemeral or permanent, feelings of daily life of the people with whom we cross and we do not realize.
I took courses in Digital Photography I, II and II, Composition, Landscaping and Workshops of Concert Photography and Light Painting at La Escuela Foto Arte, in Caracas. I have also participated in several online workshops: Seeing Through Photographs dictated by Sarah Meister of MoMA, Mastering Exposure dictated by Jennifer Spelman and The Art of Photography dictator by Dr. Shane Hulbert.
AUTHOR: Gustavo Sanchez (Argentina)
I am a Venezuelan photographer who has lived in Buenos Aires since 2016, I discovered my passion for photography while I was looking for a way to break the daily routine. I really enjoy going out and walking the streets, observing people and the space around me.
With my photographic work I seek to capture moments that can be ephemeral, feelings of the daily life of people we meet and we don't realize, all this from a very personal vision.
My biggest influence is Ansel Adams, for the use of quite strong contrasts in his images, which I try to replicate in most of my work.
I am a very curious person and photography has given me the necessary tool to explore me in my constant search, since it allows me to observe my surroundings, looking for details in which I can feel reflected.
