Australian born Jason McDonald, represented by STARVD Studio across Asia and Europe, divides his time between the capital cities of Asia Pacific and his native land. Having worked in many design related industries he now focuses on photography to express the innovation and beauty he sees in the world at large.

His imagery strives to discover abstract expressions of this beauty in both the natural and built world as he sees it, from his perspective and the impact that the unique context and environment has at the time of taking the image. Jason's philosophy can be summarised as, simplicity, obscurity and nuance.
