Sometimes silence of the mind heal more than silence of sounds. And the silence as a state of mind will be the refuge place where we develop and enrich us the most.
Cuba is still like in a time warp where people live and breathe in a cohesion on the street. Alone or together they are not waiting but embracing the peacefulness. The atmosphere of what once was is no longer noticeable. The "Silence" as a state of mind is fulfilling and nourishing for the soul....

Gritt Sanders, a fine art photographer based in the heart of Copenhagen. Attended the Copenhagen Photo and Film School in 2011-2012 and from then on selfstudy.
Gritt Sanders takes pictures not only behind the camera but she also steps in front and shares her feelings with the portrayed person and captures exactly the moment that shows feelings, vulnerability and soul of the person being portrayed.
Her work is mainly from travelling the world and capturing the untraditional portrait or working with multiple layers and fantasy, creating an individual tale.
