TITLE: 5 senses. Imaginarium
                            
                5 senses. Imaginarium is the seventh edition of artistic workshops in Poznań in Poland, dedicated to people with disabilities (deaf, blind, mentally handicapped) and their caregivers. The project aims to equalize opportunities in access to cultural and social life. Listening to the personal stories of people with disabilities means that instead of looking for differences, we find similarities. In the conversations between the originators of the project, it turned out that everyone understood the word Imaginarium differently. Some as a product of the imagination, others as unreality, others see in him a fantasy, model of thinking, virtual reality ... We agree in one: the common principle is imagination. Every man has his own Imaginarium, differently perceives reality, shapes his thoughts, dreams, spins other guesses. Imaginarium is a world that we carry in ourselves. Imaginarium can be compared to a magic box in which we keep treasures, favorite souvenirs. We hide our dreams in it and we tell our own stories. Such imaginations allow us to change the world for the better. We feel that it is worth sharing your world with others. Imaginarium is a place of a creative meeting in which borders are blurred, and the dominant language is fantasy. Imagination is a safe and universal space for talks, also on difficult topics. We can understand what the other person feels, but also create, create, build ...
